Committed to educational excellence

It's time to support educators and administrators in a larger, more impactful way

We get you because we are you
We recognize the shift in education today. Regulations, budgetary constraints, testing, time and all the plethora of other problems plaguing the industry.

Our mission is to provide individualized, applicable, results-driven professional development that creates a school environment that fosters professional growth, collaboration and a profound commitment to excellence.
So, who are we?
Hi! We’re Rebeca Tyner and Sarah Kwasnicka, two peas in a pod who met while working together at an urban public charter school, bonded over a love of teaching and shared a strong belief that all children can learn and overcome obstacles.

After working alongside one another across multiple roles, we saw—and experienced—the challenges educators face today. We wanted to continue our commitment to serving students while also equipping educators and administrators to make an impact in children’s lives.

We decided that it was time to support educators and administrators in a larger, more impactful way. And so Elite Education was born.
